RETENTION & PERMISSION: Sought for alteration/extension of the existing two storey semi-detached house at 153 Old Finglas Road, Dublin 11, D11 K5A4, comprising construction of two storey extension to the front/side including extension of the pitched roof, single storey extension to the rear, conversion of the attic to include a dormer window to the rear and 2 no. rooflights to the front and retention of widened vehicular entrance and associated site development.

I, Audrey Baker and Alan Walsh, intend to apply for Permission for development at 17 Violet Hill Drive, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, D11 Y0ET consisting of the demolition of an existing shed to the rear and the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling. The extension is intended for personal use only by current occupants and will consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen/ living area and storage shed and to include 3no. roof lights. The extension will be accessed from the existing side laneway and the kitchen/ sitting room of the existing dwelling, works to also include for all associated site works.

RETENTION:Retention permission sought for single storey extension to rear and single storey extension to side, consisting of bedroom to rear and store/boiler to side together with relocated vehicular access all.

Planning Permission for the following works: - Removal of the existing front hipped roof. - Construction of a new single ridge roof to form gables at either end, to be sufficiently high to accommodate two number bedrooms and a bathroom at attic level and to join to the rear roof. - Construction of two number dormer windows for the bedrooms in the front roof. - Insertion of six number rooflights to the front and rear faces of the new roof. - Installation of new external insulation around the entire building. - Related internal and external alterations. PERMISSION & RETENTION: For widening and repositioning of the vehicular entrance with new piers, boundary wall & sliding gate and new porch and amendment to fenestration to front of the existing dwelling house.

Construction of a two storey tiled roof front and side extension to consist of a living room at ground level and two bedrooms at first floor level. 4.
