The development will consist of the construction of a resident's car park for a temporary period of two years comprising 58 no. parking spaces including 4 no. disabled spaces accessed from the internal road from Muirfield Drive and all associated site development works including {1.8 metre high) perimeter fencing, lighting and pedestrian foothpaths.

Planning permission for a new single storey truck dock loading bay and related dock leveller shelter together with blocking up of existing roller shutter door all on North Elevation, blocking up of roller shutter doors and personnel door and provision of one new roller shutter door on East Elevation, new staff area to ground floor and new windows in East Elevation at first floor serving ancillary office area.

Planning permission for the installation of various temporary marketing signage and flagpoles associated with the Permitted Castleview Residential Development (planning reg ref 4244/15, 2438/17, 3940/17, 2319/18, ABP-311606-21) at Carriglea Industrial Estate, Muirfield Drive, Naas Road, Dublin 12 for a period of 2 Years.
