RETENTION: The development consists of a velux rooflight in roof to front of existing dwelling.

Planning permission for conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear and construction of bay window to the front.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window, new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear.

Planning permission for attic conversion with dormer to rear roof to accommodate stairs to allow access to attic conversion as non habitable storage space with roof windows to front all with associated ancillary works.

The development will consist of 1) Refurbish and Change of use the existing two-storey dwelling's garage(12m2 at ground floor level) into a guest Room: 2) Replace the front facade existing aluminium garage door to a Upvc door with a double glazed Upvc window; 3) Provision of new single storey extension of 43m2 with 4 rooflights at the rear of the dwelling, which will include a 22m2 Living room and a 21m2 gym, and associated works.
