RETENTION: Planning permission is sought for retention of an existing single storey extension to the rear of an existing two-storey semi-detached house (alterations to approved plans Reg. Ref. No.: 596/75).

Planning permission to demolish existing single storey rear extension and to re-build a two storey rear extension with pitched roof over including the installation of two rooflights to the south facing roof elevation, in addition the development will include a single storey rear dining area with flat roof over and the relocation of the existing east facing door to the south facing gable.

Permission is sought for change of use from bank (financial institution) to use as veterinary clinic, alterations to internal layout, new external signage with trough lighting and ancillary works.
