The development will consist of: Construction of upper storey extension with hipped roof (19sqm) over existing extension all to the rear of the dwelling and all services connected to existing.

RETENTION: The development consists of 1.0 Retention of the widening the dormer in the attic to the full length of the dwelling. 2.0 Retention of the removal of the chimney. 3.0 Retention of a 6m2 extension on the second floor (attic conversion).

PERMISSION & RETENTION: Retention Planning Permission for a rear extension to ground and first floor (total area 11M2) and for planning permission for an attic conversion extension (area 26M2) to a dwelling at 39 Shangan Crescent Ballymun Dublin 9 (D09 H2P4). The development will consist of 1) Partial removal of roof 2) Raising the ridge line by 600mm 3) Constructing two bedrooms in the attic with rear dormer windows at attic level.

RETENTION: the works proposed to be retained are the application of a dashed render finish to the front facade of the house which has been applied over the original brick finish and all associated works.

Permission sought for proposed change of use from retail shop to community support services office use with associated external frontage signage to existing ground floor level unit. The star project easy street team are planning on opening a support service for residents of Ballymun age 10 to 28 to access support, advice, information in relation to substance use and related harms. The service will be educational, supportive, inclusive, non-judgemental. We plan to provide detached street work in the Ballymun area, one to one support for local people, carry out some group work, run some social events & use the space for our office.

RETENTION: Permission is sought for retention for material alterations to the front elevation and associated works.
