Permission for the construction of 1) a single storey extension to the rear, 2) a first floor extension on top of the existing single storey element to the side, 3) a converted & extended roof structure at attic level to the front, side and rear, 4) a new dormer extension to the rear at attic level, 5) a velux roof window to the side at attic level, with associated site works.

Permission for amendments to previously approve planning application register reference 2990/21, the amendments will include 1) a reduction in size of the proposed single storey extension to the rear, with amended internal floor plan, door and window locations, 2) amendments to the first floor extension including internal alterations and a new window to the side at first floor level, 3) removal of the approved dormer window at attic level and inclusion of 2 no. velux roof windows to the rear. All other elements to be as per plans already submitted.

Permission for construction of a single storey extension to the side of the existing dwelling with ancillary site works

PERMISSION: The development will consist of: 1. Demolition of existing extension & garage to the side of existing dwelling 2. Construction of new detached, single storey, 2.-bedroom dwelling to rear of existing dwelling 3. Connection to public services and associated site works. Construction of a new vehicular and pedestrian access.

The proposed works will consist of demolition of a rear extension, boiler house, dormer structure, and garden shed located to the end part of the rear garden, internal alterations to existing ground and first floor levels, minor alterations to the street elevation, construction of a new part-single-storey, part two-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling and pergola structure within the rear garden - along with widening of existing vehicular entrance. All along with associated landscaping, ancillary and site works.

RETENTION/PERMISSION: permission to (a) covert existing sheds/out buildings to granny flat, works to include a flat roof extension to link existing dwelling to proposed granny flat, (b) retention permission for 2.5 sqm flat roof building (in use as a bathroom), all to rear of dwelling, (c) permission to widen the existing pedestrian entrance to create a vehicular access/driveway and all associated site works.
