PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for (i) the provision of 2 no. additional surface car parking spaces at the existing car park to the rear of the school, accessed from St. Mary's Lane. The spaces will serve the staff of existing school; and (ii) permission is also sought for all associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development including the relocation of an existing timber fence separating the car parking and school yard.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of alterations to existing front railings to provide new vehicular access and 1 no. off-street parking space and associated landscape works to front garden.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: the development will consist of (a) internal drylining and associated ventilation and energy upgrading works; (b) installation of high performance timber framed replacement windows, skylights and doors; (c) replacement of existing pitched roof of rear extension by flat roof and alterations to windows; (d) widening of existing vehicular entrance gate; (e) internal alterations and general refurbishment works; (f) all associated site works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: the development consists of the repair of the basement front facade and side of the stair flight ashlar stone pointing and the re-pointing of the front facade brickwork at the upper levels.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for development at 42 Northumberland Road, Dublin D04 Y4C4 this being a Protected Structure. The development consists of an alteration to previously approved permission ref: 2887/19 comprising of an additional bedroom floor level to the permitted modified rear return and new opening from existing second floor level rear bedroom and stair mezzanine.
