The development will consist of two storey side extension with entrance hall with stairway and window on ground floor, bathroom and bedroom on first floor level. Proposed bathroom with new window at ground floor level to replace old hallway and entrance door.

New vehicular access with dropped kerb. Remove part of the existing railings at the front. Attic conversion for storage with dormer window to the rear raised gable to the side with Dutch hip. New gable side window

The development will consist of alterations to existing front garden boundary and pedestrian gateway and creation of new vehicular entrance 3.5m wide with off-street parking space, new gates and all associated site, landscaping works and services.

A 2 story extension to the rear of the existing dwelling and a single story extension to the side and rear. The development would increase the dwelling by 80 sqm and would allow for an additional bedroom on the first floor together with an enlarged kitchen, dining and utility room at ground floor. The proposal would also see the relocation of attic roof light to the rear roof, re rendering of existing porch, creation of new surface water soak away and creation of new foul water manhole within the property line.

Alterations to the existing boundary wall to create a new vehicular access 3.5m wide, all associated alterations, siteworks and ancillary works.

The development will consist of a second storey extension above an existing single storey extension to the rear of the property.
