Planning precedent report

The development will consist of, I. Demolition of existing single storey garage and single storey extension to side and rear of dwelling. II. Construction of a new single storey extension to side and rear of dwelling. III. Conversion of existing attic space into a habitable space with the inclusion of a new dormer window. IV. Also to include all associated windows, landscaping, drainage and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
