The development will consist of an attic conversion with dormer roof to rear roof slope plus 1 number velux window to front roof slope and all associated site works.

Permission for extension and alterations to existing 2 storey dwelling. The development will consist of (1) demolition of existing single storey garage to rear; (2) replacement of existing single storey extensions with single storey and part 2 storey extensions to rear of dwelling; (3) internal alterations and all associated site development works.
