The planning application is for the provision of 2 no. apartments units to be constructed within the existing buildings footprint. A proposed 2 bed unit (3 persons) will be located at first floor and a proposed 1 bed unit to be located at attic floor. The application will also include private open space, storage areas and all associated site works.
