PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of the demolition of conservatory extension, wc extension, one storey lean--to extension and garage to rear of site. The constructuion of a single storey pitched and flat roof extension to the rear of existing house with associated rooflight; specific internal layout changes; associated internal refurbishment and fabric repairs; renewal of all mechanical and electrical installations; refurbish/repair of the existing sash windows and external joinery; re-slating/repair of the existing roofs and insersion of conservation grade rooflight to facilitate future roof maintenance and ancillary landscaping works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: i) The removal of the existing non-original garage and storage building, to the back of the rear garden, as per previously approved in application Reg. Ref. 3068/25. ii) The construction of a two-storey garden building consisting of a domestic garage at ground floor with a home office at mezzanine level. iii) Proposed amendments to existing vehicular entrance and boundary wall fronting onto Garville Drive to create a wider vehicular entrance. iv) All associated, landscaping, & ancillary site works required to carry out the development.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission for a single storey outbuilding for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the house, approx. 36 sqm in area and to the rear of the property, and all associated alterations to paving/landscaping.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The construction of a single storey detached ancillary, non-habitable, gym building to the rear garden and all associated landscaping and site works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Protected Structure - RPS 3143. The development will consist of: (i) demolition of existing two storey sloped roof rear extension, (ii) removal of existing garden canopy structure, balconies and stairs to the rear, construction of: (iii) single storey flat roof rear extension with roof light, (iv) new ground floor window openings to the rear, (v) internal modifications, (vi) alterations to all elevations & all ancillary works to facilitate the development.

Planning permission is sought for the construction of a two storey side extension consisting of an additional bedroom, with ensuite facilities at first floor level and living room at ground floor, alterations to existing house to include the relocation and sizing of windows to rear and side elevations, with additional roof light to same, all with associated elevation alterations and associated siteworks.
