Permission for development consisting of: (1) The construction of a new single storey first floor extension with pitched roof to the side of the existing two storey semi-detached dwelling, (all over existing single storey flat roof garage conversion and extension at ground floor level). (2) New dormer roof to the rear plane of the main roof. (3) New canopy to the existing front door. (4) All associated site development works.

The development will consist of the construction of a two storey detached house with dormer to rear, associated windows and doors, creation of a new vehicular access and all associated landscaping and site works.

Planning permission is sought for the following development: proposed ground floor alteration / change of use of existing laundry rooms to two ensuite bedrooms and associated drainage works located at the south east corner of the existing nursing home (previously granted under planning reg. ref. 2669/15 now expired).

Planning permission is sought for proposed single storey flat roof laundry room building and associated site/ drainage works located to the North East boundary to the existing Nursing Home.

A new first floor extension over the existing garage space to the side of the existing house. An extension of the existing attic conversion into the new attic spaces over the new first floor extension, to include a new dormer roof structure to the rear plane of the house and 2No. new roof lights to the front plane of the roof. Plus all associated site works.

Permission sought for (A) -The construction of a two-storey side extension to the existing house. The ground floor will feature an open-plan layout with an Accessible W/C, kitchen, dining area, and living room. The first floor will include one bedroom, a multi-purpose room, and a bathroom. (B) Create a new pedestrian entrance for the proposed extension on the side of the site. All associated site works.
