Retention planning permission for single storey extension to rear to accommodate new living space and new bedroom to existing living space on ground floor.

Removal of chimney stack from lower roof at rear and formation of dormer with pitched and hipped roof (to provide Utility/Plant Room) & all associated site works

The demolition and development work will consist of the following: (a)demolition of existing single storey rear extension, (b)construction of a part two storey and part single storey flat roof extensions to rear and side of property, (c)widening of existing vehicular front entrance, (d) Internal alterations to ground and first floor layouts, and (f) all associated site works.

Planning permission is sought for proposed single storey lean to extension and first floor bathroom window to side of property with vehicular access to front and associated site works.

Permission for part demolition and development which the works will consist of demolition (13 sqm) of an existing single storey to the rear, construction of a new one/two storey side 68.6 sqm (41.8 sqm at ground floor and 26.8 sqm at first floor) extension to the rear and side of the property and all associated site works.

RETENTION: Permission is sought for ground floor kitchen extension to rere of property.
