Ref. 3196/20, to include the following modifications: an additional 3 No. aparthotel bedrooms which will increase the number of bedrooms from 44 No. to 47 No.; omission of Basement Level -2 which provided a plant enclosure; internal modifications at all levels; provision of a lightwell to east elevation of the 2 No. additional bedrooms at Basement Level -1; relocation of bicycle parking at Basement Level -1; omission of 3 No. car parking spaces at Basement Level -1; provision of an external bin store at Basement Level -1; modifications to plant enclosure at Roof Level; provision of a ballasted guardrail (1.1 m high) at Roof Level; provision of a lift overrun which extends to 19.375 m; modifications to permitted signage on west elevation; modifications to permitted entrance canopy and associated signage facing south; elevational changes; modified landscaping; and all associated site and development works above and below ground. The total gross floor area of the permitted aparthotel development will be reduced from 1,737 sqm over basement level of 666 sq m to 1,711 sq m over basement level of 401 sq m.
