PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission for development at this site and facing St. Marys Lane. The development will consist of: Modifications and alterations to the governing planning permission (Ref: 4188/17, Grant Order P1060) comprising the following revisions: an increase of the southern site boundary by 3m to create a plot of 200.5 M2; an increase in the floor area of the kitchen/dining area of the singe storey dwelling to provide a dwelling total floor area of 132m square and an increase in the external courtyard space to provide a total of 68.5m square.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for proposed alterations to previously approved planning permission (Ref. 2991/19) comprising of: 1. Alternative internal alterations to the main house, modifications to the 2 no. windows facing the courtyard on ground floor and 1 no. rooflight to the flat roof area over kitchen to the rear extension; 2. Restoration to original size of 2 no. partially blocked up window opes to rear return (west facing external wall); 3. Provision of double glazed panes into the existing sash windows to the main house at No. 16 St. Mary's Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 which is a Protected Structure.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for: 1. Alterations to the existing single storey extension to the rear which will include: a) Partial demolition of existing single storey extension (approx. 10m2) to provide for a new external courtyard to rear of existing house, b) Proposed single storey flat roof extension to the rear, c) Proposed new flat roof with parapet and associated rooflight to replace the pitched roof to the existing extension (to match the roof over the proposed new extension), d) Modification to rear elevation of existing extension, e) Interior alterations, boundary wall treatments and associated site development works. 2. Proposed new external wall with 2 no. windows to side rear at ground floor to face new courtyard and modification to existing door ope to rear living room to provide new window. 3. Alterations to previously approved planning permission (Ref. 4568/18) comprising of alternative internal alterations to existing house at No. 16 St. Mary's Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 which is a Protected Structure.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Alterations to existing single storey detached garden studio building located to the rear of the site which faces onto St. Mary's Lane at No. 16 St. Mary's Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The development will consist of: 1. Partial demolition and modifications to the front of the existing building facing St. Mary's Lane to include for a proposed new wall with access doors to the laneway, provision of a new external courtyard behind and associated new front elevation to the modified building. 2. Proposed single storey flat roof extension to the rear (facing the garden side of the existing building). 3. Proposed new flat roof to replace the pitched roofs to the exiting building (to match the roof over the proposed new extension). 4. Boundary wall treatments, interior alterations and associated site development works, all to provide for a single storey garden studio building which is ancillary to the use of the main house.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: the development will consist of (a) internal drylining and associated ventilation and energy upgrading works; (b) installation of high performance timber framed replacement windows, skylights and doors; (c) replacement of existing pitched roof of rear extension by flat roof and alterations to windows; (d) widening of existing vehicular entrance gate; (e) internal alterations and general refurbishment works; (f) all associated site works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission to construct 3-bedroomed part single storey & part 2-storey detached dwelling & alterations to pedestrian & vehicular entrances onto St. Mary’s Lane all at rear.
