The development will consist of demolishing an existing rear single storey extension. Constructing a new rear two storey extension, and internal remodelling to existing house. New ground floor will comprise of; lounge area, kitchen/diner, and sitting room. First floor will comprise of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Skylights to be installed in the extension roof and in the existing roof over the stairs. Development to include all associated site works.

Planning Permission - the development will consist of the demolition of existing single storey rear extension and the construction of a new part two storey rear extension (38 m sq) including dining / family room to ground floor, new first floor bedroom and attic bedroom. A new first floor window to front elevation, internal alterations, new rear deck with storage under and associated site works all to existing 2 storey terraced dwelling.

Permission is sought for extension and conversion works providing two additional bedrooms comprising of a first floor pitched roof extension to the rear return with photovoltaic panels on the south east facing pitch and a conversion of the attic of the main house, providing habitable accommodation consisting of a flat roof dormer roof extension to the rear of the existing pitched roof including all associated site and removal works at 34 Clayton Terrace, Saint Laurence Road, Dublin 20, D20 A728 (located in an Architectural Conservation Area).

Planning permission for the installation of a new 28.5sq.m. prefabricated creche unit to the rear of the exiting creche facility at Chestnut Daycare, Knockmaree, St. Laurence's Road, Chapelizod, Dublin 20.

Change of Use from Restaurant to unit for Day Care Centre Use and removal of extract duct shaft to rear of building.
