Demolition of existing dis-used storage unit & Construction of a new seven storey building, including penthouse to accommodate 11 no. 2 bed apartments with balconies/ penthouse roof terrace, ESB sub station, Bin Stores, Bulk Storage, Bike Store, Tank room all at ground floor level, Revised landscaping layout to provide car parking, with associated external site works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for re-instatement of 1 bedroom apartment at ground floor level from storage area, with internal modifications and associated site works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION for works to a Protected Property Ltd (7357); consisting of (1) Internal & external renovation of existing dwelling house, consisting of a two-storey terraced building, having a maximum ridge height of 7.63m above existing ground level (2) Removal of the plaster to front elevation and repointing of the original brickwork. (3) The demolition of the existing mono-pitch & flat roof rear extensions, (later additions to the original structure). (4) Construction of a new rear two-storey flat roof extension (5) Ancillary site works, at 163 Richmond Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 3, D03 TK50.

RETENTION: Existing completed high painted timber panelled fencing & double pedestrian gate to front & side garden boundaries to include the removal of the previous existing masonry low wall & steel gate, works subject to Dublin City Council Section 154 Enforcement Notice of 22.07.2022 at front & side of front garden of 143 Richmond Road

PERMISSION: Is sought to (a) construct a single-story porch at the front façade, (b) demolish part of the previously granted (ref. no. 2744/05) existing ground floor extension at the rear of the existing dwelling to adapt the new interior layout and, (c) construct an extension above existing ground floor extension at the rear of existing dwelling to form additional 2 no. bedrooms, together with all associated site works.

New vehicular access to form new opening in existing railings and new gates to allow for vehicular entrance driveway for off street parking.
