Planning permission to refurbish and extend our existing dwelling house consisting of the following: Demolition of the existing flat roof garage/store/kitchen to the east side of the dwelling, demolition of all existing sheds to the rear of the dwelling and to the north end of the back garden, the erection of a single storey extension to the east side of the dwelling in place of the old garage with a new utility room and living area and a new first floor extension over to the rear (north side) incorporating a bedroom/ensuite and replace all existing windows and front door complete with all ancillary site works associated with the development on our site.

The demolition of a boiler house, garage conversion to habitable use, side extension at first floor, two storey extension to rear, the remodelling of the internal layout, widening of an existing vehicle entrance, and all associated site works.

Planning permission for attic conversion with hip to gable roof and dormer to rear roof to accommodate stairs to allow access to attic conversion as non habitable storage with roof windows to front all with associated ancillary works

Planning permission to widen existing pedestrian access to create new vehicular access with kerb dishing to facilitate off street parking.

RETENTION: Retention permission to create a vehicular entrance to the front of the property with kerb dishing to facilitate off street parking.

Planning permission to demolish existing domestic storage shed / garage to rear garden and to construct a new single storey ancillary family member accommodation incorporating kitchen/dining living area, bedroom and bathroom adjoined to existing dwelling and all associated site works.
