Planning permission is sought for alteration/extension of the existing two storey end of terrace house comprising construction of a new single storey and two storey extension to the rear, a new single storey and two storey extension to the front and side with 5 no. rooflights to the new roof and associated site development including widening of the existing vehicular entrance.

Construction of a first floor pitched roof extension over existing rear extension and a first floor pitched roof extension over existing garage at side of house, with ‘velux’ rooflights and all associated works.

RETENTION: The development consists of the following: - The demolition of the front boundary wall to create a vehicular access to the front of the property. - The enlarging of the front window by 200mm in height on the Ground Floor (by lowering the window sill). - Associated site works and ancillary works.

Installation of external insulation to the existing walls, the construction of a single storey flat roof extension of 12.5 sq.m to the side along with a two storey pitched roof extension of 31.6 sq.m to the rear of the existing two storey end of terrace dwelling house and all associated site works.

Permission for a first floor pitched roof extension over existing extension to rear.

The development will consist of demolishing the existing ground floor extension and the construction of a two storey pitched roof extension with rooflights, new front porch and all associated works
