Development will consist of a proposed new ground floor only detached building to the rear/side of the existing site to be used as garage space & gym. Planning Reference approved 2893/18 we now want to add on extra rear extension part to works approved and come in line with existing extension to the side of the existing house & change of flat roof to hipped roof and all ancillary works.

Planning permission for a single storey porch extension to front of existing house, proposal to extend the vehicular access to front boundary along with ancillary works.

Permission to construct a 16.70sq.m. box dormer on the rear pitch to create a playroom with storage in the attic space. Dormer to be minimum of 800mm from adjoining roofs and be set below ridgeline., Also, to provide a roof light over attic access stair against boundary with No. 49.

The development will consist of a first floor extension above existing garage

RETENTION: permission for a single storey extension to the rear.

Planning permission for the construction of a single storey extension to rear of house, also alterations to existing two storey extension at side of house all for use as ancillary accommodation for family members.
