Planning permission is being sought for modifications to roof front elevation by the addition of two velux windows.

Installation of 4 no. rooflights to roof of front elevation.

Planning Permission is being sought for modifications and alterations to existing attic floor so to provide additional habitable space works to include modification to the rear elevation roof with provision of dormer structure with windows to the rear of Hazel Mews.

The proposed works include alterations at first floor level including amendments to the front facade, construction of a zinc clad box dormer at rear, installation of 3no. rooflights to the front of the dwelling and 1no. rooflight to the rear. Proposed works also include the installation of new external windows and doors, site landscaping and site works.

The development will consist of amendments to Planning Reference 4074/19 including the creation of pedestrian access between Charleville Close and Leinster Square, and the relocation of first floor window in accordance with Planning Condition No. 2(b) onto the northern facing elevation.

The development will consist of the demolition of internal walls and part of existing boundary walls, formation of a new vehicular access from Leinster Square and construction of a new two storey extension to the front and rear of the property to include garage, utility room, first floor bedroom, extended living room and first floor bedroom. Works also include the installation of new external windows and doors, site landscaping and site works.
