Planning precedent report

PERMISSION & RETENTION: The proposed development comprises retention of existing single storey extension to rear (north) and single storey porch to front (south) of existing dwelling; and permission for construction of a first floor extension with hipped roof and Velux rooflights over the existing rear (north) extension creating a new 2 storey extension to rear (north) of existing dwelling, internal alterations to existing dwelling which will require elevation changes to existing dwelling, alterations to existing drainage at rear of dwelling and ancillary and associated site works.

RETENTION:Retention permission for 2 sheds in the rear garden along with the associated site works at No 58 Clonmel Road, Dublin 11, D11 DE61.

1) partly demolition of existing garage 2) first floor single storey side extension 3) 2 storey rear extension 4) single storey ground floor rear extension 5) removal of existing garage door replaced with new window 6) removal of existing piers and part of existing front boundary wall 7) new driveway entrance consisting of a new piers including a new crossover path verge with dished kerbs all along with the associated site works.

Demolition of walls and single storey to rear and new 2 storey extension to the rear, single storey extension to North side and rear of house, new windows to South side gable, replacement windows, and associated site works.

The proposed works will consist of A) the demolition of shed structures at rear of the property; B) the construction of a new single storey extension at the rear of the property, and C) the construction of a new porch at the front of the property, and all associated site works.

Permission to allow for demolition of chimney to East facade, 2 storey pitched roof extension and single storey annex to rear South facade, single storey porch to entrance North facade, alterations to facades, internal modifications, widening of existing vehicular access to 3.4m & associated site works.
