Permission for modifications to the previously As Granted Planning Application with the Planning Ref No. ABP-306055-19 & 3313/19. The modifications will consist of a change from the As-granted 2 No. two storey 3-bedroom dwellings and one three storey 4-bedroom dwelling to 3 No. three storey 4-bedroom dwellings. This will include a 10.7m² total extension on the ground floor and a 15.3m2 total extension of the first floor and the addition of 2 No. Dormer windows at converted attic level to the front Elevation with a total area of 13m2. All works to be carried out to dwellings A1, A2 & B1, at No. 54 Nephin Road, Cabra, Dublin 7, Eircode D07 PKF1, on the corner of Nephin Road and Croaghpatrick Road.

I, Ciara Roche, intend to apply to Dublin City Council for planning permission to demolish an existing single storey dwelling and for the construction of three new dwellings in a short terrace arrangement on existing lands. The dwellings consist of 2 no. two storey 3 bedroom dwellings and one three storey 4 bedroom dwelling to the corner. The 3 storey 4 bedroom dwelling includes a balcony at second floor level at the corner of Nephin Road and Croaghpatrick Road. The new dwellings will be accessed from Nephin Road with 1 car space per dwelling. The application includes for all associated site development external works including boundary treatments and connections to public sewers and watermains at 54 Nephin Road, Cabra, Dublin 7, Eircode D07 PKF1 on the corner of Nephin Road and Croaghpatrick Road.

Planning permission for the demolition of 12.5 sq.m. single storey extension to rear and construction of new 26.7sq.m. single storey extension to rear, opening of patio doors to the side (south elevation), opening of new vehicular access to the public road (Nephin Road), dishing of public footpath onto same, provision of a parking space to front garden and associated works.

Permission: The development will consist of the following works to the existing single storey dwelling house: the demolition of existing single storey extensions to the side and rear; the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling; the provision of four new rooflights; and associated internal and external alterations. The development will also consist of all associated site development works above and below ground.
