Planning permission is sought for alterations to previously approved permission (Reg. Ref. 4433/18). The proposed alterations will consist of the following: (i) conversion of approved attic storage space to habitable bedroom space; (ii) 1 no. dormer window to the rear roof slope to serve proposed bedroom; and (iii) provision of 1 no. rooflight to the rear roof slope above approved stairwell. The development also includes all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of a change of house design, from the two-bedroom detached house granted under planning ref. no. 3960/15 to a three-bedroom detached house, with the provision of the additional bedroom in the converted attic space and the inclusion of a dormer window on the front elevation, and all ancillary site works.
