PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Enlargement of previously approved (Register Reference 3331/23) single storey glass extension to the rear by c.10sqm.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION: For the following works: a) Alteration of the front building line at the hall level only of the permitted four-storey side extension and its increase in floor area by 1.8 sqm. This extension was previously approved (Register References 4006/21, 5360/22); b) Addition to the rear of a 2.4m x 4.4m (internally), single-storey, garden level, extension to the three-storey return; c) Formation of a double-sided fireplace in the existing garden level fireplace/chimney breast; d) the lowering of an existing internal/side window cill to form walk-through opening.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission for the following works at single family dwelling at 18 Leeson Park, Dublin D06 H7T2, (Protected Structure): (a) The removal of a non-original timber framed w. c. extension to the side at about hall floor level and the non-original roofs and walls of the garage and outhouse at garden level (total c.42sqm); (b) the construction of a new four-storey/split-level infill extension to the side set-back behind the building line of No 17 Leeson Park; (c), a single storey extension to the rear; (extensions (b) and (c) total c. 99sqm); (d) the re-roofing of the original garage and part of outhouse; (e) the alteration/provision of openings in the side wall to provide access to the extension; (f) the removal of non-original bathrooms; (g) the provision of a new opening (incorporating two existing windows) to the main rear room at garden level; (h) associated drainage works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission for the following works: (a) The removal of a lean-to corrugated plastic roof to the rear, covering a garden level patio and its replacement with a flat-roofed single storey garden room with a rooflight; (b) The enlargement of an opening to the side (south-east) and the lowering of the back (south-west) window cill with replacement glazed screen at garden level of a non-original two-storey return; (c) The lowering of the cill of the back window to the main house at garden level and replacement of the window with timber French doors; (d) The formation of a 3.0m wide new opening in the south-west boundary wall with a private lane to the rear part-owned by the applicant, and the provision of an automated sliding timber gate; (e) The provision of a permeable gravelled area to the rear of the garden for the parking of two cars and the provision of electrical charging points.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for the construction of a 166 sqm two-storey detached building containing a ''granny-flat'', at first floor level and a car garage/garden store/ entrance hall/w.c. at ground floor level, to the rear of, and ancillary to, her home at No. 16 Leeson Park, Dublin 6, (a Protected Structure), and accessed via the back garden and a private, unnamed, lane to the rear (west) of her property.
