The proposed development will consist of external and internal amendments to a previously permitted development under DCC Ref. Ref. 2256/17. Internal alterations comprise the provision of an additional 7 no. bicycle storage spaces at basement level. No changes are proposed to the layout or number of permitted car parking spaces at basement level.
