Construction of a new two storey extension and associated site works to the side and partially to the front.

1. Retention of a single storey flat roof garden room structure located to the rear of the site for multipurpose use consisting of a home office, playroom, kitchenette, gym and a WC all ancillary to the main dwelling and for the use and enjoyment of its occupants.

RETENTION: The development consists of the provision of a vehicular entrance to the front of the property.

Planning permission is sought for the construction of a new double storey extension to the rear which wraps around onto the gable elevation, new single storey extension connected to the proposed double storey extension, porch structure on the front elevation and all associated works. There are internal modifications proposed on both floors of the existing property, the works will consist of an extension to the main bathroom.

RETENTION: Planning permission for retention of: A) single storey domestic shed/gymnasium to rear. B) All associated site works to rear.
