PERMISSION is sought for the introduction of a New Access gateway into the Existing Boundary Wall to Abbey Drive, to serve as Student Access to the new pathway and Existing Avenue adjacent to the all-weather GAA pitch together with all ancillary work including resurfacing and pathway lighting. The proposed gateway to be open only between the hours of 7am and 7pm daily at St Dominic’s College, Ratoath Road, Dublin 7, D07 NX47 by the Board of Management of St. Dominic’s College, Cabra, Dublin 7.

Retention and Completion of a New Ball Catch system to include 10 no. 15m high netting poles to previously granted GAA Pitch reference 3528/23.

Permission is sought for the upgrading of 1 no. existing GAA playing pitch to a new synthetic playing surface, the erection of 6 no. 18 meter high lighting poles to illuminate the GAA pitch and, ancillary works including drainage and fencing.

Planning permission for attic conversion with dormer to rear roof to accommodate stairs to allow access to attic conversion as non habitable storage space with roof windows to front, Gable window to side all with associated ancillary works.

Planning permission is sought for attic conversion for study / storage use, raising of gable end to change roof profile with dormer projecting window to rear and all associated site works.

1. Conversion of existing attic space to storage area to include a change of roof profile from hip to gable and a new dormer to the rear. 2. Construction of a 2.65 sq/m porch to the front of existing dwelling.
