RETENTION:For amendments made to both side & rear roof dormers granted under Planning Permission reference 2972/18 and all associated works.

RETENTION: The development will consist of the retention for a single storey blockwork garden shed to the rear of 99 Sycamore Road, consisting of slate roof, steel door to lane at rear, two double glazed windows and main entrance door to garden (north east elevation), inclusive of all associated site works.

The proposed development will consist of the change of use and renovation of existing single-storey shed to the rear of the site for use as an office space by the resident of the main dwelling including all associated site works to facilitate the development.

The development seeking permission will consist of the provision of a 3m wide vehicular entrance to the front of the property.

The development will consist of a change of roof type from hipped to pitched by raising the gable wall, including a new window in the gable wall, an attic conversion to a home office and storage, a roof light to the front and a rear roof dormer.
