Planning permission is sought for a single and part two storey extension. It will incorporate an enlarged living area at ground floor level and a bedroom over with all associated ground works.

This application is for retention of the existing as-built site boundaries which have reduced the subject site area from 6817.4msq to 6546.6msq.
