Planning permission for the change of use of the existing second floor from storage to two bedroom 3 person apartment to include alterations to existing roof lights and all associated site works.

Permission is sought for change of use of existing hairdresser salon 21.6 sqm (ground floor) to sitting/amenity room provision first floor apartment unit.

Single storey extension to the rear and change of use from ground floor hairdresser salon to ground floor apartment.

The development to be retained consists of the following: A) Single storey ground floor flat roof rear extension to the existing dwelling (13sqm), B) All associated connections to existing services and hard landscaping.

The development consists of a planning application for the continuance of permission for a dog grooming parlour and for all associated site works. This application is on foot of a previously application Reg. Ref. 4224/18.
