Proposed single storey wheelchair accessible bedroom extension to rear of house.

Planning permission is sought for enlargement of single storey kitchen to rear, first floor extension over single storey kitchen for bedroom use, relocation of bathroom and all associated site works.

The development wil consist of a single storey extension to the rear of No.9 Kylemore Drive, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 and all associated site works.

Permission sought for the removal of 2 no. 48 sheet 6.4m x 3.2m illuminated trivison rotating advertising signs and replacing with 2 no. 6.52m x 3.47m internally illuminated static advertising displays on a site on the northwestern side of the railway bridge.

Permission for conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window, new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear and construction of porch to the front.

Permission is sought for the conversion of attic to storage space with the addition of dormer to rear roof, construction of new internal staircase and partitions, associated layout alterations, and all ancillary site works.
