Planning precedent report

Planning permission for additional use of a sessional childcare service (Monday to Friday) within the existing single storey sports clubs sports and community facility (Planning Reg. Ref. 3129/17), a new external fenced play area and eco-garden planting area and all associated site works.

RETENTION: The development will consist of retention permission for the reduction in area of a single storey pavilion from 353.5m2 to 302.1m2, (reduction in area of Community room by 3m2 and training room by 10.8m2), and the addition of an access door to the west elevation and all associated site works to previously granted permission reg. ref. 3129/17.

PERMISSION:The development will consist of minor modifications to existing permission (ref: 2667/21) for a weatherproof cricket practice enclosure, including omission of lean-to equipment store along south east elevation (32 sq.m); change of cladding material to south east and south west elevations and minor changes to north east and north west elevations.

The development will consist of: Construction of a weatherproof enclosure (367 sq.m) over the existing synthetic turf cricket practice lanes, including equipment storage, lighting and associated works.

Permission for area lighting on 4 no. 15m high poles at the southern side of the football training pitch, associated ground works and all associated site works.
