The development will consist of: The addition of a single storey residential extension to the side and rear of the existing dwelling. Also for the partial demolition of the existing side and rear extensions to allow for the integration of the new extension with the old extensions (both new and existing extensions to be roofed/re-roofed with a pitched roof structure). Also for the addition of a new gateway at the side boundary wall for pedestrian use.

PERMISSION: For single storey extension to front and part garage conversion. Widen existing vehicular entrance and increase area for off street parking all to front and all associated site works.

Proposed front pitched roofed single and two storey extensions with associated site development works and side gable bathroom window opening to dwelling house.

An attic conversion for storage raised gable to the side with dormer window to the rear, obscure window to the new side gable.

Planning permission for development will consist of: demolition of existing ground floor front porch, construction of single storey front porch extension with parapet detail and 1 no.rooflight, 2 no. rooflights to existing front roof facade and 1 no. rooflight to rear roof facade Proposed conversion of existing attic space. Internal modifications and all ancillary works.

Permission is sought to demolish roof to side passage & construct new roof and gable wall to side passage and new shower room to side and front along with extended porch to front.
