Permission for removal/demolition of existing single storey commercial buildings and the construction of a flat roof, part 1 Storey, part 3 storey building comprising 13 No 1 Bed apartments with balconies to front and rear, lift, solar panels, parking, landscaping, existing access from Brookville park, new vehicular access from Mount Dillon Court and all associated works. (Previous Planning Application Ref no.2427/17)

The removal/demolition of existing commercial buildings & the construction of residential development of 4No. single/two/ three storey with attic terraced houses with pitched roofs, dormer windows and velux windows to front, side, rear, solar panels, parking spaces to front, SuDS, landscaping / planting, with existing vehicular access & all associated site works. Previously approved Planning Ref. No. 2427/17.

Planning permission is sought by Michael Robinson for the following works: (i) Construction of a new single storey first floor extension to the side of the dwelling with partial pitched & flat roof (ii) Construction of a new porch extension to the front of the dwelling with pitched roof (iii) Extension of existing ground floor extension to the rear of the dwelling and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development, all at 2 Brookville Park, Artane, Dublin 5.

PERMISSION: The development will consist of; (i) construction of a new single storey shed/ gym (54sqm) with lean to roof over, ancillary to the existing dwelling, located to the rear North Western corner of the site together with all associated site works necessary to facilitate development.

RETENTION permission for alterations to previously approved planning application 2551/20. (i) a single storey extension and associated pitched roof to side and rear of dwelling (reduced from original area of 33sqm to 26sqm) including all associated windows, (ii) first floor extension to rear of dwelling inclusive of revised fenestration, (iii) attic level conversion, pitched/flat roof and associated window to rear of attic level, (iv) alterations to all elevations, all associated site works and landscaping necessary to facilitate the development.
