RETENTION & PERMISSION: A. Retention of a single storey extension to side and rear(currently under construction) and further planning permission for B. New vehicular access gates to front and dishing of footpath to accommodate same, C. All associated site works.

Permission for a first floor extension to side of existing dwelling over existing garage, new porch to front with arch over garage entrance and widening of existing vehicular entrance and all ancillary site works.

New 2 storey extension to rear of existing dwelling with internal modifications and associated site works

Permission is sought for development which will consist of adding a dormer window to attic conversion granted under previous Planning Application No. 2384/18 and associated site works.

The proposed Development will consist of first floor partial demolition to form openings in the gable end wall to the side of existing house and proposed construction of a new first floor extension over existing single storey extension to the side and rear of the existing house with pitched roof. Proposed new extension comprising new bedroom with en-suite shower room, home study and shower room. Proposed minor internal modifications and decoration to the existing house and associated site ancillary works.
