Permission for: a. change of roof profile from hip end to full gable end profile to accommodate attic conversion with dormer extension to rear, b. removal of tiled roof to existing two, storey extension to side and replacement with flat roof to same, c. all associated site work.

The development will consist of a dormer to the rear roof of the of the existing dwelling. The proposed dormer will be compliant with the current development plan standards in terms of size and materials proposed, not exceeding the ridgeline of the house, with its sides being appropriately located away from the adjacent properties and leaving a significent portion of of the existing roof visible.
