Permission for internal re-configuration of the existing Healthcare Building along with the addition of 3.no single storey external ancillary rooms (27 m2) and 3 storey lift shaft to the rear (14m2), (total additional area 41m2) and all associated site works and services.

Permission for change of use of the ground floor (c. 155 sqm) to use class 8, for dental surgery.

Planning permission for replacement of existing shopfronts and install new shopfront streetscape incorporating 5 no. retail units and apartment block entrance (6 no. in total) and all associated site development works.

Permission for the removal of an existing mechanical vehicular gate to be replaced with a similar gate positioned closer to the street building line at Block B, Castle Gate Apartments, Castle Street, Dublin 2.

The development will consist of erection of new hotel signage which will consist of the following: 2 no. vertical aluminium lettering signs (12.9m x 0.7m) with internal LED illumination on northwestern and northeastern facades of the front facade projection to the west, 1 no. horizontal lettering signage over main entrance (3.72m x 0.251m) with internal LED illumination and 3 no. horizontal signs (2 no. measuring 2.4m x 0.4m and 1 no. measuring 2.6m x 0.4m) over front porch of main entrance, all with internal LED illumination.

The development will consist of two new rooftop louvered screened enclosures with open roofs, total area of 64.36 square meters, for air conditioning units with supporting platforms and development works associated with above, all at roof level.
