The development consists of the demolition of existing single storey pitched roof extension to the side/rear of the property and the construction of new two storey flat roof extension on the same footprint along with cantilevered extension at first floor level on the front elevation. The development is to include window alterations to the side elevation, internal alterations, landscaping and all ancillary site works and drainage as required.
