PERMISSION: To install a 2.525m x 4.85m x 4.25m (HxLxW) above ground natural gas pressure reduction kiosk with all ancillary services and associated site works.

The development will consist of the construction of a two storey extension at ground and first floor levels to the rear of the existing semi-detached dwelling house, replacement of existing rear first floor window, formation of new ope/window to the existing side elevation and all associated site and drainage works.

The provision of a dormer roof extension to the rear of the existing semi-detached dwelling house and all associated site and drainage works.

RETENTION of a kitchen & first floor bedroom & bathroom extension to the rear of existing two storey terraced dwelling

RETENTION / PERMISSION: The development will consist/consists of RETENTION PERMISSION for changes to works previously approved under reg. ref. WEB2558-24. The changes are to retain the increase in height of the 2 storey rear wall of the rear extension and the associated flat roof over and PLANNING PERMISSION to reduce the height of the ‘as constructed’ 2 storey side walls of the extension by 900mm and to construct a pitched tiled roof along each side of the extension to tie in with the as-constructed flat roof, Installation of a roof light on the flat roof to provide light to the internal landing area & a skytube rooflight to provide light to the internal bathroom.

The development will consist of partial demolition of the existing ground foor rear bathroom extension. Extension of ground floor rear wall by 50cm and the construction of a rear first-foor extension of approximately 24 meters squared.
