PROTECTED STRUCTURE: (RPS: 4243) exterior only: The development will consist demolition of existing outbuilding; alterations to openings in near walls of existing house; construction of a new single storey extension with rooflight; localised alterations to the internal layout at ground floor level; all associated ancillary, landscaping drainage and site development works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: The installation of 12 no. solar photovoltaic (PV) panels to the inner and rear-facing slopes of the rear roof and to a flat roof element of the existing dwelling at 34 Killeen Road, Dublin 6, D06 W8P9 (a protected structure), together with all associated mounting, electrical and ancillary works.

Permission for: a single storey rear flat roofed extension 36m2, blocking up rear doorway to the return, PV panels to main roof and associated site works.

Upgrade of existing building fabric to include replacement of boiler and radiators, rewiring, provision of insulated floor slab to ground level, replacement of plaster to front and back wall with vapour-permeable insulated plaster to external walls to areas being refurbished, localized repair and re-pointing of brickwork to front elevation, replacement of existing front door and windows, decoration throughout.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for development consisting of cleaning, repair and repointing brickwork to front elevation and chimneys of the existing house.
