Permission for the conversion of the existing ground floor garage (c.14.5m2) to a habitable space including alterations to the front (west) elevation and a first floor extension (c.19.1m2) to the side of the existing dwelling along with all other necessary ancillary site development works.

Proposed dormer window to the rear of existing roof to create space within attic for storage.

Permission is sought for the demolition of a single storey garage to the side of existing house. The construction of a two storey extension to the side of the original house with pitched roof over and 3 roof light set into the rear plane of the new/exiting roof. A new single storey extension to the rear of the house with a pitched roof over and 4 roof lights. Plus all associated site works.

The development will consist of the construction of a new vehicular entrance onto Ballygall Avenue, comprising the removal of part of the front boundary wall and for the construction of a new pier with gates and all associated site works.
