Work to the back garden will include the construction of a new patio area to the side of the return, a new external first floor landing and external stairs to the rear of the return and the construction of a new freestanding garden room at the back of the back garden with a patio area in front. Works will also include redecoration throughout, landscaping and all associated site works.
