PROTECTED STUCTURE: The development will consist of the demolition of the rear single storey extension and shed, the two rear chimney stacks and the construction of a two-storey extension to the rear and side of the existing house, renovation of the existing house, new boundary treatment, a new vehicular entrance, off-street car parking and associated site works. The house is situated within the curtilage of Clonbur House, a protected structure Ref: 5052.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of the construction of a new two storey house on the existing tennis court including a new first floor terrace with screening, repair and re-alignment of the existing swept entrance walls and ancillary site works.

The development will consist of; the construction of 2 single storey extensions to the rear of the house. Proposed new rooflight. All associated site works and all ancillary minor works.

Permission is sought for development consisting of demolition of existing 2-storey rear return and construction of new single storey, ground floor, side & rear extensions, conversion of existing attic to bedrooms with dormers to the rear of the existing 2-storey dwelling, widening of existing entrance gate, new parking area at front of house, internal and external alterations and associated site works, all at Shirley, Martin's Row, Chapelizod, Dublin 20 KD51.

Permission: change of house plans from that previously approved under planning ref. 2194/19, granted on 28/03/2020. Permission also sought for the substantial demolition of the existing dwelling, walls and roof due to structural defects and water regress in the fabric. Permission is also sought for the construction of a two storey, five-bedroom, replacement dwelling, as well as widening of existing vehicular access, new parking area at front of house, internal and external alterations and associated site works.
