Permission for the part demolition of the existing ground floor rear extension, the provision of a one storey ground floor extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, a bedroom extension at first floor level attached to front and side of house over garage area, general refurbishment of existing dwelling and associated site works.

The development will consist of forming an extended pitched roof profile over the existing side first floor flat roof extension and new single storey kitchen extension to the rear including minor alterations, site landscaping and ancillary site works.

Provision of a 25 sq.m single-storey flat-roofed extension to the rear, a two-storey extension to the side with roof to match existing, with velux roof window to front aspect and side-facing gable facing south. The front first-floor left-hand side window opening to be modified, a new glazed screen to the garage, the vehicular entrance at front to be widened to 3.5m.

PERMISSION & RETENTION: Permission sought for (1) Retention of conversion of the garage to the side and the existing single storey extension to the rear, (2) A first-floor extension over the existing single storey playroom to the side, (3) Conversion of the attic area to include replacement of the hipped roof with a gable end roof with a dormer window to the rear and 2 no. flat roof windows to the front elevation & (4) A single storey, detached, games room to the rear garden area.

Planning permission is sought by Conor English for the following works: (i) Demolition of existing garage & outbuilding to the side & rear of existing dwelling; (ii) The construction of a new part single storey part two storey extension to the side and rear of existing dwelling with pitched roof on the first floor element and flat roof on the single storey elements; (iii) the widening of existing vehicular entrance onto St Assams Drive and all associated site & landscaping works necessary to facilitate the development all at 1 St Assams Drive, Raheny, Dublin 5.

Demolish existing garage at side and construct a two storey extension to side,new dormer window to front, and new window at first floor level at side and associated site works.
