Planning permission consisting of demolition of rear ground floor extensions/sheds and side garage and first floor side structure of No. 139 Terenure Road and construction of a rear and side single storey extension with rooflight, a first floor side extension with hipped roof, new roof lights to side and rear main roof. Upgrade of finish to No. 137 Terenure Road rear extension, internal connections between both dwellings for use as a single dwelling, internal alterations, a new window layout to both rear elevations, general refurbishment, associated site, drainage and landscaping works to front and rear, replacement of rear boundary wall to No. 141 Terenure Road in agreement with neighbour.

The proposed development will consist of; Single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling with 2no. new rooflight; and all associated site works.

PERMISSION: Consisting of the removal of the existing single-storey kitchen-and-bathroom extension and the provision of a new single-storey ground level kitchen, living and dining extension to rear of house, with a total internal floor area of 52 sq. m and an overall height of 3.4 m. Materials and finishes will match the existing house, including plastered rear wall with fully glazed sliding doors. The proposal also includes a glazed roof over the dining area.

Demolition of existing disused, Chimney stack, Boiler/outhouse, conversion of existing garage to side with first floor extension over, single-storey extension to rear with internal and elevational alterations, conversion of existing attic to non-habitable space with dormer to rear widening of existing vehicular access and all associated site works

The development consists of garage conversion plus first floor side extension over existing garage and a single storey rear extension and all associated site works.

Permission for the following: 1. a new single storey home office building in the rear garden, 2. placement of solar panels on rear section of main roof, 3. alteration of existing single storey side extension and building a new 2 storey side extension, ground floor section of 2 storey extension and existing single storey side extension will become a family flat unit, 4. construction of a new rendered block wall to front boundary of dwelling with entrance wing walls and erection of an entrance gate.
