Planning precedent report

Planning permission for the construction of: 1) a first floor extension on top of the existing garage/kitchen structure to the front and side, 2) to convert part of the existing garage structure to the front/side, 3) to widen the existing vehicular access exiting onto Kincora Drive, Dublin 3.

Permission for a garage conversion with first floor extension to side, single storey extension to rear, porch extension to front & attic conversion with dormer window to rear and roof light to side. Also widening of driveway entrance and dish and associated site works.

Planning permission for the development will consist of: (a) the removal of the existing single-storey extension to the rear and the existing shed to the north side of the existing dwelling, (b) the construction of a new two-storey extension to the north side and single-storey extension to the rear with associated roof light, (c) the conversion of the existing garage into a habitable room, (d) modifications to the existing window openings, (e) the widening of the existing vehicular entrance together with all associated landscaping, boundary and site works.

The development consists of the demolition of existing single storey extensions to the rear, and for a part 2 storey extension to the side and the rear of the existing house and for an attic conversion with provision for a dormer window to the rear of the existing house and for all associated site works.

Permission to (a) convert existing attic, (b) construct a dormer window to the rear east elevation, (c) to convert hipped roof to south elevation to a gable to allow access to attic including all associated works.

Permission for the construction of 1) a single storey extension to the rear, 2) a single storey extension to the existing office/ porch to the front with a new flat roof over, 3) removal of the existing dormer window to the rear at attic level to be replaced with velux roof windows to the rear at attic level, 4) to create a new access door to the side at ground floor level, 5) modifications to the existing bedroom windows to the rear at first floor level, with all associated site works all at 36 Kincora Grove, Dublin 3.
