Permission to widen existing pedestrian entrance to create a new vehicular entrance with kerb dishing to facilitate off street parking for one car.

Permission sought for alterations and additions to existing house to include new vehicular entrance to front and parking area, attic conversion with new dormer window to the rear, the conversion of existing garage at rear for use as home office and all associated works.

RETENTION: The development to be retained consists of the provision of a means of access to the rear from the existing laneway.

The development will consist of widening the existing pedestrian access to the front of the property to create vehicular access; and, dishing of public footpath/kerb outside the property boundary to accommodate vehicular access from Glasanaon Road to the property boundary.

The development will consist of the construction of new single storey pitched roof side extension and new single storey flat roof side and rear extension. Part of the extension will provide Ancillary Family Accommodation (granny flat). Other works include (1) Demolition of existing shed; (2) Rooflights within rear extension flat roof; (3) Connections to all services and; (4) All necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development.
