The development also includes the retention of piped infrastructure and ducting: plant; landscaping and boundary treatments; ancillary ramps and stairs; signage; changes in level and all associated site development. No works are proposed to the Protected Structure as part of this application. Temporary retention permission for a period of 3 years is being sought, all on a site at Roslyn Park, Beach Road, Sandymount, Dublin 4. (Roslyn Park House is a Protected Structure).
